His experience spans household goods (HHG), commercial moving, warehouse management, and FF&E logistics, supporting clients across residential, corporate, industrial, and government sectors.

Matthew has held key leadership roles at many CPG start ups and Global brands like JB Hunt & Chewy.com.   Additionally, Matthew has held Executive roles within the Symbia Logistics organization, where he became known for:

• Managing large-scale warehouse relocations, pallet-in/pallet-out solutions, and FF&E deployments

• Overseeing complex facility decommissioning, MHE projects, and industrial moves

• Running high-volume moving & storage operations with a focus on safety, quality, and crew development

• Building and managing high-performing operational teams across multiple states

• Delivering white-glove service for corporate, healthcare, and hospitality clients

Dan is a seasoned field operations leader with deep experience in warehouse setup, industrial relocation, FF&E installation, and specialized moving. With more than 25 years in the moving & storage and logistics industries, Dan has overseen thousands of successful relocations for warehouses, manufacturing plants, educational institutions, hospitals, and commercial facilities.

His background includes:

• Managing end-to-end warehouse resets, pallet racking projects, facility shutdowns, and startup environments

• Coordinating large-scale FF&E rollouts, hotel refresh programs, and model room deployments

• Leading cross-functional project teams across construction, logistics, and facility management

• Developing field processes for safety, material flow, installation efficiency, and contractor coordination

• Serving as the on-site lead for major hospitality, retail, and industrial projects across the country

Dan is known for his expert problem-solving, calm leadership under pressure, and ability to bring complex facility transitions across the finish line. His experience ensures PACKgistics’ field execution remains consistent, disciplined, and highly professional, regardless of the industry or scale of the project.

Megan is a nationally recognized operator, strategist, and industry builder with more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth logistics, warehousing, and moving & storage organizations. Before founding PACKgistics, Megan spent two decades as CEO of Symbia Logistics, transforming the company from a regional warehouse provider into a multistate 3PL powerhouse serving Fortune-level brands, omnichannel retailers, and large-scale fulfillment operations.

Her leadership includes:

• Scaling a multi-facility 3PL network across Colorado, Illinois, Kansas City and Nevada

• Spearheading hundreds of 3PL relocations, warehouse consolidations, and greenfield facility launches

• Designing operational frameworks for high-velocity e-commerce and omnichannel fulfillment

• Building national partnerships in transportation, tech integration, and contract logistics

• Serving as a CSCMP leader and speaker, shaping industry education and event programming across the United States
