His experience spans household goods (HHG), commercial moving, warehouse management, and FF&E logistics, supporting clients across residential, corporate, industrial, and government sectors.

Dan is a seasoned field operations leader with deep experience in warehouse setup, industrial relocation, FF&E installation, and specialized moving. With more than 25 years in the moving & storage and logistics industries, Dan has overseen thousands of successful relocations for warehouses, manufacturing plants, educational institutions, hospitals, and commercial facilities.
His background includes:
Managing end-to-end warehouse resets, pallet racking projects, facility shutdowns, and startup environments
Coordinating large-scale FF&E rollouts, hotel refresh programs, and model room deployments
Leading cross-functional project teams across construction, logistics, and facility management

Megan is a nationally recognized operator, strategist, and industry builder with more than 20 years of experience leading high-growth logistics, warehousing, and moving & storage organizations. Before founding PACKgistics, Megan spent two decades as CEO of Symbia Logistics, transforming the company from a regional warehouse provider into a multistate 3PL powerhouse serving Fortune-level brands, omnichannel retailers, and large-scale fulfillment operations.
